Grab Your Life Back

One Day at a Time.

Our Mission

Grab Your Life Back, LLC is a community committed to growth, accountability, and living on purpose. We exist to walk alongside people who are rebuilding— after illness, loss, addiction, failure, or simply waking up one day asking, I'm still alive- now what?

Living is More Than Existing

You may still be here. You may still be functioning. You may still be showing up for work, family, friends, responsibilities, and everybody who depends on you.

But somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling fully connected to your own life.

Grab Your Life Back is about changing that.

It is not about pretending the past did not happen. It is not about becoming the person you used to be. And it is not about waiting until everything is fixed before you begin living again.

It is about recognizing where you are, releasing what is holding you back, recovering what was lost, reconnecting with what matters, and choosing — one day at a time — to redeem the life you still have.

It's Working for Me...

"These are movements of my rhythm. With each new day, I'm grateful for another chance to keep becoming better than I was the day before."

One day at a time.

01

Recognizing I face it. I don't run from it.

I am telling the truth about where I am, what happened, and what still needs attention.

02

Releasing I let go. I make room to grow.

I am letting go of shame, fear, resentment, and what I cannot control.

03

Recovering I ask. I accept help. I heal.

I am getting the help I need and continuing to heal in mind, body, and spirit.

04

Reconnecting I connect. I belong. I find meaning.

I am reconnecting with myself, my people, my purpose, and my spiritual center.

05

Redeeming I choose. I grow. I give back.

I am choosing to live differently and turning what I've been through into meaning, purpose, peace, and impact.

Not a finished story.

A daily commitment to become better than I was yesterday.

Not because everything has been repaired. Not because every mistake has disappeared. Not because everybody has forgiven us. But because we are learning to live differently.

R (Our) Journey

R Serenity is worth living for.

We recognize.

We release.

We recover.

We reconnect.

We redeem.

And, one day at a time, we begin to understand that redemption is not simply somewhere we arrive. It is happening in the way we choose to live. That is what it means to grab your life back.

This Is for You If…

You feel stuck in a life that no longer feels like your own.

You are rebuilding after illness, addiction, loss, failure, divorce, family conflict, trauma, disappointment, or a major life transition.

You have spent years caring for everybody else and have forgotten how to care for yourself.

You have made mistakes you cannot undo but refuse to believe they have to define the rest of your life.

You are healing, but you are tired of waiting until you are completely healed before allowing yourself to live.

Or maybe nothing dramatic happened at all. Maybe you simply woke up one day and realized: I want my life back.

You Don't Have to Have It All Figured Out

Grabbing your life back does not require a perfect plan. Sometimes it begins with:

One conversation.
One boundary.
One apology.
One meeting.
One phone call.
One doctor's appointment.
One sober day.
One decision to reconnect.
One decision to walk away.
One decision to try again.
One decision to stop waiting.

One day at a time.

My Journey

When I was told that I could die in my sleep, I began preparing to die.

I organized documents. I confronted unfinished business. I looked at relationships I had damaged, things I had avoided, and a life I thought was coming to an end.

Then I kept waking up.

That forced me to confront a question I had not prepared for: Now what?

The answer has not been one dramatic transformation. It has been a continuing journey through accountability, recovery, fatherhood, family, mental health, faith, forgiveness, setbacks, reconnection, and learning how to live in the life I have now.

I am still becoming. And that is the point.

Grab Your Life Back

You do not have to become who you used to be. You do not have to erase your past. You do not have to wait until everything is fixed. You can begin where you are.

Recognize.

Release.

Recover.

Reconnect.

Redeem.

And keep moving toward redemption.
